Length: 4-week immersive experience

Core Curriculum

Entrepreneurship: Students identify problems and build ventures that serve their communities—pitching to real investors, funders, and public sector leaders.

Tech Tools for Change: From building websites and campaign graphics to editing reels and running digital ads, students learn how to use technology as a leadership tool.

Civics + Campaigns: Students run mock campaigns—from voter outreach and policy platforms to speechwriting and debate. They learn the full lifecycle of political power.

Leadership Labs: Weekly roundtables with elected officials, business executives, tech founders, and cultural changemakers.

Capstone: Public pitch of a civic, business, or campaign idea to a panel of real-world stakeholders

Mentorship Model: Each high school student is paired with a College Ambassador—a trained, near-peer mentor who supports them through the experience. College Ambassadors also gain proximity to key leaders in business and government.
