Duration: 10 months

Program Breakdown

Fall Semester: Personal leadership style, civic identity, and systems thinking.

Spring Semester: Project launch—students turn ideas into functioning campaigns, businesses, or civic initiatives.

Monthly Labs: Policy writing, branding, public finance, coalition-building, media strategy, and stakeholder meetings.

Capstone: Each Fellow completes a fully developed and executed campaign, business, or system redesign.

Mentorship Pipeline

The ETC model is intentionally layered:

• High School Fellows receive coaching and support from College Ambassadors

• College Ambassadors grow as leaders through civic engagement, peer mentorship, and proximity to elected officials and entrepreneurs

• Elected leaders, business professionals, and cultural influencers serve as high-level mentors, guest lecturers, and advisors

This creates a multi-directional ecosystem of learning and leadership—where high schoolers are centered, but no one is isolated.
